    If you sign up during our enrollment period the $99 setup fee is waived.

  • How does it get our data?
    We have partnered with BoltOn Technology and Tekmetric to provide an API for your daily numbers.
  • Who can access our data?
    Your data is stored on a secure server and your data and dashboard are accessible to only you and our support team, as well as our coach, Rick White.
  • What Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are tracked?
    There are many KPIs that are tracked including average daily sales, effective labor rate, gross profit percentage for labor, parts, tire and overall, average invoice amount, daily invoice count, hours per repair order, breakeven amount per day, and much more.
  • Who provides technical support?

  • What is the difference between the basic level and the advanced level?
    The basic level subscription measures only end of month data while the advanced level subscription measures your daily and end of month data. The Advanced Level subscription provide additional dashboards, as well as access to a new dashboard (to be released soon) that will allow you to see the impact that labor rate and/or efficiency changes can have on your shop's overall financial health.
